Rice thrips damage rice leaves, affecting the photosynthesis of rice and causing a decrease in yield. The rice thrips monitoring instrument is developed based on the principle that rice thrips are sensitive to specific colors. The equipment integrates automatic adjustment of the height of the color palette, automatic rotation, automatic photography, and automatic data uploading. At the same time, it also integrates monitoring of meteorological data to study the relationship between rice thrips outbreaks and meteorology.
